Tmj itching and also found lumpy thing
So since 2-3 days I observed i had a itching over my tmj area, today while itching i found theres a lump type of thing inside inside the skin(not visible outside but palpable), i checked in right side nothing as such was there, attaching image where i found the lump, check the red circle, please help me what is it..
