Can you take benedryl syrup while breast feeding, as I have been coughing from afternoon, please help

Both Hands upto Wrist and Legs upto Heel hurt as they are little Swollen since 6 days. It hurts a lot when I move the fingers of hands and legs. It all started with fever but fever subsided in 2 days. Dengue/Malaria/Widal/Covid Negative. CBP/Uric acid/Urine Culture/LDH all normal But D Dimer is 1100 and CRP is 13. Pls help me.

From past few month some time I get tinging in feet and sometimes doesn't I have literally did every test like sugar thyroid cholesterol rft lft cbc ultrasounds everything is perfectly fine what's wrong? Vitamin b12 was 326 in March I got that checked I took b 12 supplement but now feeling tingling again what's this?

Dear sir.. I am a 23 year boy.. I have difficulty in passing stool since 1 weeks.. at first have burning pain in lower left abdomen since 15 days then I have seen some blood in stool .. then I dont have any bowel movement since 4 days then I use a enema then bowel is become empty 2 days ago yesterday I have very little bowel poop.. today also not poop passing.. today I visit a gestroentrologist he done a USG which is normal.. he give me Gerbisa L syp and pan MPS syp .. now what to do.. Is it any sigh of serious disease.. I am so much afraid..

Hy I am on birth control I had my periods 15 July and stopped taking 2nd cycle of birth control after some days I experienced withdrawal bleeding now my withdrawal bleeding is over I don't want to take birth control so can I stop now now my periods would be on time???

High Fever since 36 hrs. Reduces with ibugesic plus. Only paracetamol not effective. What can be given for loose motions? Is meftal forte recommend for fever?

She took my second dose of covaxin on 28th in the afternoon (2:30 pm). Yesterday she felt a little feverish. But today she checked and found having fever 100°. Is this the side effect?
