My sgot level is 70...sgpt level is 81...bilurubin 0.96...dr told I have mild jaundice...i have been prescribed udigrand 300 twice daily...now I have cold and water from nose...is it good in jaundice...i should continue or discontinue the medicine

Hi doctor I had my c section delivery 2.5months back. Until now the stitches were fine and I didn't face any issue with it. But Suddenly from past 3-4 days the left side of my internal stitches is paining severely. I had covishield vaccination 3-4days back and since then am feeling this pain. Also, It's monsoon season here, could that be a reason for pain? What can be the reason for this sudden pain?
