This cycle on 21st day  in a 27-28 day cycle My progesterone level was 0.33 ng/ml Did I ovulate then

Since three months I'm suffering from frequent bone pain and frequent muscle twitching like sometimes near knees sometimes upper arms and upper back. Bone pain is also for few seconds like bone which near wrist finger joint ankles. Also feel burning sensation on hands and feet. Please advice which specialist to consult weather ortho or neuro.

I can not describe the situation which I face. But I can relate it to condition when someone is over drunk and keeps on losing and getting consciousness. Person will never fall asleep and he will be acting normal. I feel sudden unconsciousness for some time while awake and during that I may be acting normal and then when consciousness comes back I feel what I was doing that time or I do not remember what I did during that time and I feel what I was doing during that time. This may happen during any activity. I once lost control of riding bike and fell and then i thought how come I fell. Is this something psychological or what? I want to know reason and treatment. This issue I have been facing from childhood.

I see marks like this appearing and disappearing from time to time around the same area as this, what is this and is this something I should he worried about. This has no pain on touch. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I see a mark like this on the forehead, I thought it was created by rubbing against the pillow but yesterday, I noticed this in evening and is still there today.

Hello , I have been facing this issue from childhood. Whenever I do any physical activity like running, walking fast, playing cricket, trekking etc suddenly zig Zag lines start coming in front of my eyes, then shortly those lines become large and blinking of those lines become more intense, then I can not see clearly with eyes , I see darkness with those zig Zag lines , and then starts headache and vomiting also sometimes. Can anybody tell what is this and is there treatment for this. Thanks in advance.

My doc had suggest to take azithromycin tablet before food once in a day (dose detail: 0-1-0).. unfortunately I missed that dose..so should I wait for next day or I can take it on same day?
