Dear Doctors, From yesterday i am having discomfortness in stomach leading to gas trouble, loose stool. And i feel sleepy feeling and light head and feeling of dizziness. Does this show any internal bleeding or any serious issue. Or any bacterial infection in stomach?. Please guide me i am very tensed

I have started taking vitamin d3 60k capsule(uprise d3), had vitamin d deficiency of 4ng/ml. I have been feeling burning sensation throughout body mainly arms legs and also chest region after taking supplements. Any reason for this? Should I go get some tests done again. I go under sun but have allergic reaction as I get boils all over body.

My mother, aged 49 was administered covaxin as first dose on April 18. She caught fever and loss of smell like symptoms around may 15 hence her second dose was postponed. Now, today on 1 August she received her second dose...and the nurse in charge wrongly administered her with covidsheild. Please let know of any known side effects and if any remediary action can be taken now .🙏 Also,she takes pradaxa 150 daily twice since last 2 yrs. Also plz let know what will this dose be counted as ... Second dose only or first dose and would she require second dose of covidsheild now?
