I feel dizzy almost everyday in the evening. This happens usually after 7pm. I start feeling light headed. This leads to anxiety and panic which scares me. Can you help me with the cause of this issue and how do I diagnose the true cause for it?

Yet I didn't put vaccine. MAY 20TH I was tested positive. Aug 23rd I'm going to put 1st dose of covishield vaccine. Right now I'm taking thyroid tablet 50mg daily. For one week my back bone is paining one side(only right). When I'm taking breath and lifting my right hand upper pain is there at back. I didn't take any tablets for that. Hi, After vaccination I am suffering from ulcers which are not getting cured. I have also taken gastro related medicines and multivitamin on doctor's prescription for 15 days but no relief.
