After my covid recovery I did all my checkup to ensure everything is okay as I was having chest pain issue and palpitations. It's been a month since I got my first vaccine dose. Still I'm having sharp chest pain left side near my heart, suddenly it is very sharp otherwise light pain stays there, my left hand pains, arm pains, and back pains at only one point near spine area. I also have sudden sweats ( very rare but they happen) Ecg came normal and showed sinus arrythymia ( tested in June) Blood Sugar normal (tested in june) TSH normal( tested in june) Cholesterol normal ( tested in august) I went to heart doctor and she prescribed me nutritional supplements and omega oil drops for 15 days. I have taken the course, still it pains I have already taken VITAMIN D supplements for two months once a week after my covid recovery What should be the reason of chest pain?

Is it possible to do physical exercise like running, pushups and pull ups when one has bilateral Varicocele grade 1 and grade 2?

I tested positive on 5th may. Now I am fine but i had digestive issues post one month after recovery. Now digestion is ok but currently I am feeling body ache, joint pains, Nausea, dizziness, also having mild back pain. Mentally I am stressed. Can it be some vitaminD deficiency or something. Sir my problem is after covid evertime I used to check my heart beat in oximiter and in phone app also I will be little worry and take stress also last month I went to cardiologist and my irregular hear beat I did ecg, and other checking also which costed me around ten thousand he said in report every thing is normal and given me beeta blockers Now past three day I am suffering from mild fever ,cold and cough and my heart rate goes upto 100 plus in rest time Why this all?
