Fever since 2 days and having cold and rainy nose also, having some time body pain, i had taken pcm 650mg

Good evening doctor, from yesterday I am having a pin point type of pain only if I am pressing that point by the slightest force and it's going down till my ear lobe. I'm clueless why this is happening. Previously I was suffering from pain with varies intensity only at right side of my head and it get healed after I take some hrs of sleep.. Please help me with this problem.. Thank you

Respected Dr. My father has an issue recently in his ankle. When he is stand for a half an hour or 1 hour .. he found that whole ankle area is getting black spot.. I also share screenshot his ankle.. right now his ankle is some black spot but when he stand for a time then it gets more dark then this.
