Why frequently fever cold symptoms are coming 3 times in one month covid recover patients taken steroids during recovery time

I had c-sec on 26 June. Also suffered from Eclampsia and got discharged by 13 July. After that there was less brownish bleeding. Bleeding was stop and suddenly today I had red bleeding with some smell. Is it normal ? AND IF YES, HOW LONG IT TAKE TO HAVE REGULAR PERIOD

Dear Doctors, I am having feeling of something in the stomach and in throat also. I am also having complete loose stool in morning, not able to clear the bowel. Something like heaviness feeling in left side of abdomen. Gas Trouble and burping also. This issue making me more discomfort. What could be the reason for this issue, is there any major issue?.

From 2- 3 days i was having a heart burn and burping acidic feeling. Today in the morning i had chapati made with barley after very long and in the afternoon i ate cowpea(lobia) curry. Soon after i starten having uneasy in stomach and slight cramping and heartburn. I went to the loo and i had burning stool and burning feeling in anus. The stool was both hard and loose motion at the same time and made whole body uneasy and sweat. What is the reason? Do i take any medicine or will it resolve on it's own?
