Chronic fatigue syndrome
I have medication history for Anxiety disorder last 6 months continuesly now withdraw the medication because anxiety under control but past 1 week I have experiencing severe chronic fatigue it worsen with small exertion I can't control my emotions on this it mekes severe weakness doctor prescribed me tablets for vitamin b12 defeciency but still I am experienimg same
