Chronic fatigue syndrome diagnosed
Hi, I have been on complete bed rest from last one year due to back ache. After taking aleopathic treatment for 10months with no specific diagnosis being done and all my reports were normal except slight disc bulge nd low level of vitamins ,I switched to homeopathy treatment..doc diagnosed it to be due to stress. Along with pain, I used to feel very weak somethimes too weak to handle my own body weight..it's been 2months now I have been taking homeopathy treatment nd my back pain is slightly better but weakness is still same. I thought it to be because it's been 1yr on bed nd doing no sort of physical activity but after today's checkup doc told me it's 'chronic fatigue syndrome'. Can u please suggest me what should I do? Because I am just 24 and still can't do my own work I just feel exhausted nd pain all the time. And what precautions should I take? How much time does it take to get cure? Any specific diet to follow? Thanks.

chronic fatigue syndrome itself is not a disease ,it is a sign of mental stress,or grief,or fears )(may be unknown or known),or indecision.
