I did my regular routine check up and I found the count slightly high in the following areas. Bilirubin Total: 1.23 ALT/SGPT: 93.2 TSH: 8.28 Non HDL Cholesterol: 169.80 Total Cholesterol: 216 I sometimes feel constipation and little gas issue.

Done with covaxin 1st dose. Any restrictions about food?? Shall I eat immediately after vaccine? Any rules??

I felt better yesterday but today I'm feeling really bad . If I lay down I can't get up and vice versa . It's paining really bad . I can't move my neck .
