I am experiencing fever cold and cough since yesterday. Please suggest me some medicines and I am feeling fatigue also

From today morning i am having tender pain / muscle pain over the upper back and legs. Yesterday my sleep is not proper and i am not able to sleep due to gas trouble and indigestion. Except yesterday all other days i am having a sleep of 7-8 hours.

Having fever of around 100 ° F Any medicine which i should take for the same Also platelets are low

Hi Doctor, Today I took Covaxin. No fevar no pain right now 6 hours completed. What food shill I take. My food habits are. Morning hot water and honey with lemon. Almonds 5 , kaju 10, lion dates 3, Chepathi with rice, afternoon and night only rice with dala and vegetables. Had 17.25 RTPCR when I got covide. Recovered 110 days back at home I recovered not went to hospital with the help of Practo. But still strongling with pain of some body part like stomach,numbness at the middle of my back and one eye and chest pain at some time or other times. Stomach pain because of gastric. Shall I continue my normal life after taking vaccination or any changes or any thing I have to add. I don't drink or smoke. My friend took same vaccination he said not to eat non vege no chicken no moton no egg for 30 days is this true..? Please advise.

Hi, I am experiencing neck pain from past 5days. The pain is more in seating position (It started with neck and radiating till shoulder bone) and in sleeping / standing position it is only a neck pain. I am applying diclofenac diethylamine IP gel (2 times a day) and taking ibuprofen 400mg (2 times a day). I am getting temporary relief but its not getting cured completly. I tried neck coller (a day) but its no use. Is it just a neck pain or pinched nerve? Should i consult doctor? If yes, is it general physician or neurophysican?

I m feeling nosy and cough for 2-3 days. due to cough voice becomes heavy. sometimes getting pian in throat during cough.

I have fever since yesterday with which started with body ache specifically with leg cramps. I feel very weak today.. the fever ranges between 99-99.8. Is it normal viral? As I don't have cough or cold either. Just fever with bodyache.
