From last 5-6 days I am feeling weak and fatigue/ exhausted, no energy to do anything, feel little feverish , but temperature is below 98.5 , I have drink a packet of ORS also 3 days back as well taken ' Health Ok' two sachet , today I took a tablet of multivitamin and calcium tablet still m not improving, I did some exercise also in the morning My exams are going on and I am finding it hard to study Please help Male -25yo
