My grandmother went to eye operation... Doctor advised her steroid eye drops by using these drops  took  final dose of vaccine... Some drops entered her throat will it effect vaccine efficacy??? Should she test antibodies or should take third dose???Let me know

My stool and bowel movement is normal but i see the stool colour is yellow, brown streak is not present, is that anything to worry about? And how to treat it to be normal..
