I am 32 years male. I am getting numbness in foot fingure like less sensation ,back pain when sitting by bending .  previously also 2 years ago got numbness in one arm when newly started gym. I am very slim boy. Should I consult orthopaedic or neurology doctor.

I just coughed up large bumps or chunks of white cheese like solid that's soft and smells bad i coughed and vomit thrice by myself to remove them I don't where they came from , from stomach or from back of throat i didn't feel it it just spit out and i felt congestion in the back of throat no pain nothing before no temperature . And i haven't eaten any cheese or panneer . It was huge white chunk and very large and i haven't felt any feeling of something stuck before . I don't know what is this .
