I have had svere anxiety, OCD, and stress for many months and my family doctor asked me to get B12 test done. I got the report today and it showed Deficiency (83). What can I do about it? All other test reports...CBC, HBa1c, and Thyroid are normal. Appreciate any suggestion.

I am suffering from hypothyroid since last 3 years.  Many times I used to complain of headache.  4 months ago I was diagnosed with 3.8 mm stone in the left kidney and took medicines.  Now from last 12-15 days I start having headache during day and vomit in evening.  Mild pain is also felt in the left and back.  Weakness and mild dizziness are felt and sometimes the hands and feet become numb at night.

Today I took my second dose of cowaxin around 3pm. Now around 6:30 I'm observing after I took vaccine there is  swelling under my right eye. I didn't have any issues when i took my first dose. What should I do ? Is it an allergic reaction ?
