I had covid three months ago. Now i am taking bp meds. Sometimes i have random chest pain in different places or sometimes dizzyness , temple pain, eyes strain and head fogging usually for 1-2 hours a day. But the head fogging and chest pain never happen at the same time. Its either that or this. My ecg and echo are normal. Pl suggest if there is any serious issue ?

I have severe deficiency of d and b12..my b12 is around 83.. Shall I take injections or medicine for the same. Also I was very fit person . Last I had fever was duing school days . This year I have been getting fever alot..I mean once in three months for a day or two .around 99.5 and weakness. Is it coz of deficiency? My other blood test and urine test are  normal... Please suggest

I have been having continuous muscle twitch on my right foot for few days and temporary muscle twitches all parts of the body when I am sitting idle and it gets better as soon as I move that part of the body.
