I test drove a car and rubbed my eyes after that, I was wearing mask on though, but I touched steering and then rubbed my eyes for 5-10 seconds, can I catch covid

No as that hard and fast rule If you touch something like steering and if that something is infected then you can be infected from touching you eyes But it’s better to get tested than being paranoid about it
