I frequently get mouth ulcers near my lips If I take Becasule then it goes off but again return back. What could be the reason for such mouth ulcers. Could it be a y deficiency. Attached are my blood reports. Due to vitamin D3 deficiency I took 3 injections on doctor's advice. My uric acid count is 8. B12 levels are 312 & VIT D was 20.5. I was eating sometimes ago. suddenly it feels like I will pass out. I got nervous and anxious, my head starts sweating a lot, body feels light and feels like my whole body is burning and chilling together. I felt like I will die. Became very frightened. My pulse rate goes high 120+. Stopped eating in the middle & came for rest. Feeling normal now. Was it a panic attack?
