My mother age is 50 years old, she is feeling Headache and vomiting, no other issue. BP normal, Spo2 were also normal. Vomiting 2 times occured after headache. Please guide me.

Hi, I am having regular mouth ulcer in my tongue and since last few days wrist pain is happening in both the hands. Feels like its the nerve part n rather than joint pain. What can be the issue?

From the last 2 days i am having discomfortnesa in stomach such as burping, heaviness like something in stomach/abdomen, this issue started after i had a stress and anxiety. But yeaterday i had some diahroea but not continously. Today my stool was slightly loose. But now i am having light headness and heavy stomach. My vitals are normal including Spo2 is 98% and Heart rate around 70-80 bpm. Temepreature is also normal. Is it a stomach infection or something else.
