Hi doctor, I'm Sreeja, suffering from fever cold cough weakness and took blood reports and doctors said since monocytes increased by 2 percent he said as mild dengue and suggested antibiotics and 3days later again took blood reports and this time lymphocytes are 55 and doctor changed antibiotic and also given lactobasillus tablets and other body pain tablets.. Doctor now my fever cold cough went down but sever weakness and tierd ness and morning yellow colour vomit along with mucus (Kapham=white colour). I'm attaching u the reports and requesting suggestions to get over sickness weakness and tierd ness

Hi, Fever is only coming in the evening and after taking the paracetamol 500, the body temperature goes to normal but next day again on evening the body temperature goes to 102 F. This is happening from last 3 days. Apart from this there is no other symptoms. Please advise the medicine.
