Hi, Any doctor here who can recommend some good medicine for fever? Actually it's Sunday and all nearby clinics are closed. Actually I suffered from mild fever on Friday and consulted with nearby doctor and I felt better after taking medicine but today I'm having cough and fever and need some good medicine to cure my problems.

Hello, I am 29 year old male currently living in Ireland. From past 2-3 weeks, I have started getting red color rashes in both my arms. I am not getting these rashes in any other body parts. Not sure what is causing this. I moved to Ireland 3 months back. From last 2-3 weeks, I have just made few new changes in my diet. 1. Have 1 scoop collagen powder in a glass of luke warm water. 2. Consumed alcohol ( whiskey and bear ) only once. It was the first time I tried alcohol in my life. I had consumed it 3 weeks back. Also, I noticed that the deo I was using from last 2 months has an expired date. I immediately stopped using it since last 2 weeks. I have attached a photo of rashes for your reference. It's present throughout my both hands. Please let me know what could be the reason for it.

Most of the day , my right legs feels thicker.It feels wierd while walking for 20 mins. Besides my thigh ,I feel my butt is bigger and hip too. When I sleep during nights upside down, I can feel something in my right lower abdomen as if it's touching mattress. Also I feel like a lot of gas and stools getting stuck there.
