Sir/ma'am I am noticing that from past few weeks there is visible white fluid completely in liquid form appearing in my stool. I did some check today of CBC lft kft etc. I am attaching the report. I don't feel anything else only white fluid comes and stool is ok , no issue regular type . What problem/ disease is it?

My son just 2 days back had 104.5 fever almost for one day after that it came down to 99.5 and then 97.5. Now no medication is given as doctor asked to stop if there is no fever. But he has swelling on hia face especially around eyes since after fever went down. Is it normal ??? It's just swelling nothing else no itching or redness

Dear sir / mam, My son had fever from wednesday night so as per his condition like fever 100.5 i given calpol 250 mg and meftol p so fever reduced but his stuffy nose is not refuced i given ottrivin nasal drops but still while sleeping there will be more sound he is having light cough so please suggest what tretment required to him At the time of sleep while breating from nose hw is getting big sound
