Rashes on thigh
I have rashes on thigh, It's due to inner wear i guess...i observed it while jogging today. As i I continued my leg movement, the left side of inner wear started to scratch inside thigh. Now it's pain is very high and i cant walk properly. Kindly suggest quick relief as i need to go out tomorrow on an important work

Hello, yes it happens commonly, apply Neosporin ointment to your groin region. Leave it alone n sleep well.
Next Steps
Tomorrow you can apply coconut oil in the morning n then go for work. Take care of personal hygiene. Clean your private area with hot water.
