The sneezing may be caused due to exposure to any allergen ( dust, pollen etc.).
FixAr tablet is only helpful for symptomatic relief.

Symptomatic betterment can be achieved with Fixat tab at night .
But first i like to know did u had any morning episodes of sneeze if at all wether it was continued one after another ??
Do u have any history of allergy ??
Does ur sneeze is associated with any other compliant??

u could go with nasal wash with fresh water to remove dust in Nasal cavity
steam inhalation will help lot
