TSH is 8.4 were else 6 month back it was 4.4.pls suggest and advice the treatment need to taken care off pls.

From yesterday night I am having fever with body aches. It's coming and going. I am having paracetamol to control the fever. Also I am on TB medication and this is my 4th month on medication. (R-Cinex is the name of the medicine). So should I take any antibiotics with paracetamol. Is antibiotics compatible with TB drugs. If someone could please guide me that would be really helpful.

I am suffering from little fever , body pain and headache since yesterday. Also I am feeling like cold everytime .

Is it possible to get an RT PCR test done at home? I am not sure if I am infected with covid or not, but don't want to risk going out.

M/32/frequent urination from past 15 days,no stone,urine culture also negative. Today checked fasting blood sugar which came out 2 be 115.however 25 days bak it was around 92. Also urine problem becomes worse around 7pm,now it feels some  urine is stuck and need 2 urinate after  20 mins. In day time i need 2 go around after approx 2 hour.

I had fever 99.5 and had vomiting feeling n vomiting once , went to doctor he gave injection for the same but I fainted immediately my bp went low . Took 2 bottle saline . Still having vomiting feeling . Took rapid test and tested negative for covid Help me with your resolution
