I have hypertension since delivery, its been two years, taking prolomet am 50mg. Wil running slowly or doing Normal exercise, worsen the bp making it high, as it may cause exertion and high heart rate if exercise is done?

Can I take Zincovit and immune CZ one table each on a daily basis for consecutive months? Can I take both after lunch or do I need to take one after lunch and one after dinner or so on?

I had already posted a question about booster vaccine.I took my rabies vaccine full dose less than a year ago and today I got a small bite from my kitten.There is actually no wound to be seen,I squeezed it and a little blood came out and after I tried squeezing so many times there was no blood. So basically there is no wound right now not even a single spot to be seen.As I've heard a rabies vaccine have the validity of 3 to 5 years I suppose, should I take vaccine again?
