28 years female taking susten and folic acid currently. I am eating but no bowel movements for 3 days . left side is paining badly sometimes. What scan should I take to diagnosis the problem?

My t3,t4,tsh leveks are within normal range but anti tpo level is well above normal..81iu/ml.does that mean i have thyroid disease?

7 days back ENT surgeon has given me Wysolone 10 mg tablet for two weeks , twice daily for Nasal Polyp and chronic sinusitis. Prior to prescribing it my Random blood sugar was checked and is 119 mg/dL and told me to check the sugar after one week from starting Wysolone. Today after  one week, the Random blood sugar is 149 mg/dL and is having bloating and severe tiredness. Is this an indication the sugar level is rising. I am not diabetic. Blood pressure is 140/90. Requesting valuable advice.

Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday evening one dog byte my friend. Today he took TT-Injection as the dog got vaccinated earlier. Only a small rash & very small amount of blood came as the dog byte area. I have taken rabies vaccine and fear of contracting rabies from the vaccine Pl plz help and tell is the vaccine really made from. Killed virus and not from live virus??? That it can't cause the disease in me.
