Hello Doctor Yesterday morning i took 2nd dose covaxin vaccine from night I'm feeling tired & got 101 fever & chills with little phglem in my throat ( was having soar throat past 6 days ) i used to drink boiled & cooled water ..( but one time i had normal water )it happened due to water change or something else I took dolo tablet last night & today morning I got reinfected with covid or its just due to covid vaccine Thank you

My grandmother is 75+ and she is suffering from cold cough since 2 days. Her Rtpcr is negative and from today morning she is having headache and fever. Due to unavailability of doctors, she is left untreated. As she is older, can I give her azithromycin and paracetamol? If not then please suggest some other medication.

Facing tremendous headache for covid positive. Suggest me some medicine. saridon is not working. I have minor migraine issue

I am taking azithral for cough once a day. It's been 3 days of starting azithromycin But the cough is not settling. Can I increase the dose to twice a day ? Earlier I had taken azithromycin od for cough for 5 days and it had settled down but this time it doesn't seem to work.

Yesterday my hand cut by a coffee mug while cleaning it. I did basic first aid at home. Cut is deep and it's painfull and little swelling in hand. Kindly suggest
