Post covid chest pain and breathing
I had covid in Dec'21 and have been having persistent chest pain (below the breast) and breathing discomfort after that. Initially doctors said it will go away in 3 months but it's been more than 3 months. I have taken prednisone, montair, ab phylline, but nothing is helping. All my test reports are normal. Any Guidance from any doctors?

See madam just medicines won't help. You need to start breathing exercises on a regular basis like anulome vilome and pranayama ( you can search breathing exercises on you tube it will become easy for you to fallow) Buy a spirometer and start using it. Try to lift the balls and hold  in it may be you won't be able to do it in a day but keep trying ok ( you can search spirometry on you tube then it will become easy for you to use). Add antiinflammatory foods to your diet like turmeric, ginger, garlic etc ( you can search antiinflammatory foods on google and consume it ) Add antioxidants in your diet like tomatoes , nuts , green leafy vegetables , fruits etc Go for jogging on a regular basis. Rest is up to you.
