Vein swelling
Hi, Last was my engagement day. I am not doing any exercise so last day body movement was more than normal days. Found some of veins on my legs are swelling in the morning. Weakness in both legs and hands. Felling like sick also. Pls suggest what is the reasons. I feel sometime my left side leg vein is damaged. No pain but sometime i feel heavyness on left side leg and foot.

Take a good leg massage and keep your legs elevated ( don't keep your leg hanging while sitting and keep a pillow under your legs while sleeping ) Avoid tight shoes. Don't stand for long time. May be because of wearing tight shoes and standing for long time. Drink plenty of water with ORS. If all these things not helping then you consult
