Variose veins and aerobic exercise
I hav varicose veins - is it OK to do aerobic exercises putting pressure on the leg? includes standing, squatting on toes, sitting, and little bit of jumping. It includes stretching the ham strings. Total 1 hour incl steps while standing (15 mts), 15 mts while squatting on toes, 5 mnts sitting and 15 lying down. ALSO, is it OK to do swimming?

I would suggest you to refrain from the above mentioned exercise routine as it involves squatting and. Sitting. The best exercise for people with varicise veins is walking 30 mins, jogging., Stationary bike and elliptical  as it increases your blood flow. Also avoid sitting yoga Adams, crunches, lunges, squatting exercises and also weight lifting as it decreases your limb blood flow. Swimming is OK. Consult me online if you have any problems
