Varicose vein
Dear Doctor,
My father is having varicose vein in one leg and due to that from past 2-3 days swelling is there and it's pain badly and redness is observed.
While walking also it pain very badly.

Go for ABPI measurement (ankle brachial pressure index). It looks like blood flow is compromised and there is lipodermatosclerosis nearby. Since pain is high there is no point wasting more time. Ensure no injury happens in that region as it will lead to non healing ulcer.
