I accidentally hit my bed trying to kick a ball...Got a swelling and some blood clotting near thumb area..tried hot water, cool water, moov,thermophob ointment...It's not working Fully..pls give me a permanent solution.

I just tested my Vitamin D and it's results shows 26.28 nmol/L and the normal range shows 75-250. Please suggest me meds to get it to normal range.

Hi, I have having back pain since about 8-10 days. It feels severe attimes and bit managable sometimes. Not able to feel anything from outside, it aches deep within. Not sure from where it originates as I am not able to feel the exact location...can you pl help.
