I am 37 yo female, had COVID in July, fully recovered now.. yesterday got my general blood tests done. ESR level is 19 and CRP is 14.1 . I am having hypothyroidism and taking Thyronorm 150mcg. Also I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I am overweight at 85 kgs. Kindly suggest why these levels are high and how to reduce them.
