Which  doctor  to  consultant  Hypertrophic pulmonary  osteoarthropathy disease??? I can't decide

My wife has been feeling dizzy for last 7 days. On 14th she felt a momentarily blackout and left side chest pain. She was taken to ER. The ECGs show nonspecific T abnormalities. But brain MRI and Coronary angiogram come normal. And she got discharged and doctor said nothing related to heart. But still she feels dizzy and feel low on BP like 100/70. What can be the reason ?

I am having frequent pain which starts upper neck, passing through ears and ends behind the eyes. One of the doctor whom I visited (He now moved to different city) prescribed Dolonex DT 20 and suggested to take it by dissolving in water whenever I get such headache. It is actually giving good results. But the pharmacy guy told that it's not good to use it frequently. Need some suggestion on this. I use this tablet only when I have bad headaches maybe once in 8-10 days on an average.

Hello doctor, My husband (age 34) ate outside food on Monday. On that day Night he had diarrhea, vomiting along with fever.  Went doctor next day morning (Tuesday) and they told  he had severe food poisoning.He vomits whatever he had even water and passed loose stools more than 10 times. Taking saline injection twice a day and  below attached tablets. Today he vomits 2 times and passed motion 4 times. But still he had fever  temp is 101. Does food poisoning causes fever?  When will fever subside?
