Hello doctor I need advice my migraine pain was increasing so much currently my pain was out of control I taking Homeopathy medicine or for high pain doctor suggest me take paracetamol but my pain was not control what to do I don't understand feeling vomiting , blurry vision , my head round round and my pain was increasing not able to eat sleep restless and stress or I don't feel good Please suggest me what to do

She is always complaining for the Acidity, little uneasy on the chest(no pain) and little headache. After having any acidity tablet she feels better but wanted to know why its happening even after consuming home made food.

I am corona positive. I have severe cold with constant runny left nose. Also tears are coming from my left eye from past 3 days causing irritation in left eye. There is no fever or cough. But cold is very severe . I haven't taken any medicine. Is there any reason for any worry.

I recovered from COVID in recently. I noticed that after taking the multivitamins and other supplements, I have more energy. Also my hair, which are very thin, seem more healthy. Can we take multivitamin supplements like Nurokind Gold and Revital on a regular basis? Also, is there a cheaper alternative to them?
