I'm taking etilam pro 20 on a daily basis . Today I'm having cold and Lilttle bit throat problem and also I have stomach upper part pain and gerd like symptoms from sept . So can I take sinarest?

I got covid on 6th January after my c section delivery on 2nd January. I have now tested negative. Got my blood tests done post recovery, everything has come fine D dimer , CRP, CBC... but my platelet count has increased to 608000. Is it normal ? Please help!!!

Having cough since last 4 days. The cough is more intense while lying down. Have been gargling, taking steam and taken Grillinctus syrup last 2 days. Now the cough is only occasional but has left my throat in pain and hoarse voice. Also the occasional cough is producing light green phlegm. Beyond this no other symptoms or issues. In my street there is a stray puppy whose mother and father are both vaccinated but the puppies are not vaccinated. The stray puppy is 3 months 15 days old and he plays with me comes to my house and sleeps a lot. I have a query that i use to pat the puppy normally but after 1 hr i just bursted a pimple on my cheek . So my question is am i prone to rabies now because my hands were not washed. P.S. : I am vaccinated for rabies just a 1 month 15 days before including the serum.

I got covid -19 positive in may 2021 Every thing went fine and after 14 days I tested negative. Later on October month I got my 1 dose of vaccination of covishield after I got symptoms like fever 102°F Body pains chills etc but after 48 hours the symptoms went off. But recently I got my second vaccination shot but I not even have any symptoms is it is normal I heard second shot more intense than the ones experienced after the first shot.

I am a vegetarian. My Vitamin B12 value is 299. It is within the range, but I still have symptoms of deficiency. I heard that ideally it should be above 400. I want to increase the value to above 400. I came to know that methylcobalamin form is B12 is better compared to cyanocobalamin and easily absorbed by body. I want to know which brand supplement is best out of methycobal by Wockhardt, nurokind od, Unived, Patanjali nutrella etc. Or please suggest any other brand better than these and let me know the dosage too. Can i take electral powder. Every 20 mins i feel like getting and also passing urine if i take any liquid or not also.
