Dengue fever
I am attacked with dengue fever 3 days back and my plate let's is 175000 . Ian having fever head ache Very much dizziness . Having low bp of 95/75 from past 3 days . Iam using the medicine of doctor . Please suggest me food that improves my bp to normal and increase platelets . Urgent plz . Can I bath?

To improve BP, adequate rehydration is important. Drink plenty of fluids, ORS, coconut water, buttermilk etc

Drink plenty of water with ORS powder ( mix one packet in 1/2 litre of water and drink 3 packets in a day everyday.) Coconut water. Fruit juice.
