Granulomatous lymphadenitis
I have recently reported with granulomatous lymphadenitis (tuberculosis?)...in FNAC test But there is question mark in tuberculosis .is this confirm that I have TB and take medicine. I went to doctor and they recommend me Anti Tb medicine. Plz suggest??

The most common cause of granulomatous lymphadenitis in India is tuberculosis. If you have been recommended by your doctor to take TB medications please take it. If you still have doubts take a second opinion and go for a complete lymph node biopsy and Gene Xpert testing along with TB MGIT culture.
