Lymphadenitis
What does mean lymphadenitis? Is it serious threatening like HL & NHL? I am very anxious about it. I have no symtoms of fever, weight loss . Small Swelling lession in back of neck from last 6 5 month which is painless, soft , mobile . I am attaching 2 nos of usg reports for reference. I had taken antibiotics also . Please share the opinion. If I do heavy exercise like pushups, dumbbells then would be any problems.

Lymphadenitis is the inflammation of a or group of lymph nodes.
A soft ,painless ,mobile ,non tender mass is mostly benign and nothing to worry about.
Next Steps
I will advise you to keep a close watch and visit a doctor if there is increase in size shape or change in skin color.
