Reactive lymphadenitis
I got lymphnodes enlargement in neck. My surgeon dctr did CBP, fnac and cervical lymphnode biopsy also. Wbc count 13.3 esr 36 and neutrophils 78. Fnac showed reactive hyperplasia. And biopsy report as reactive lymphadenitis and TB test in biopsy is negative.. And laryngoscopy also normal. I used amoxiclav 1gm for 10 days before these tests and after dat my dctr advised not to use any medicine. Body will adjust and infection will come down in sometime as there no problem except some infection. Am surfing from these since December 20th 2018.how much time it takes to get normal size of lymphnodes? Before using amoxiclav size is 16mm after using it decreased to 1 cm and some are below 1cm.

Hi it could be a virus like EBV. If you don’t have symptoms don’t worry about it. Will go off.
