Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Day 0 3 7 28 anti rabies vaccination 2 months Ago but due to recent dog nail scratch i am taking 3 dose of Rabies vaccine intradermal Day 0 7 28 i took 2 Vaccines till now and Last 3rd Day 28 anti Rabies vaccine is due on 24th April but today again a street dog scratch me with nails no wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out minor so should i have to take Extra dose of Vaccine or i have to Re-start vaccination ?

Hello i am a pet owner and usually feeds lot of stray dogs ..i have taken full course of anti rabies vaccination last year in August as a preventive measure ..i ve got myself tested for rabies antibody on 11 April 2022 (report enclosed) titer is greater than 4 ..can you please advise after how much time should I test again to ensure adequate level of antibody all the time ??
