Ulcer in Leg.. Wound not healing
My husband got a wound in his leg and it's not curing.. It's been six months and he is not a diabetic. He has a lot of pain in nerves.. I have a doubt if that would be varicose vein because one nerve is bulged .. His job is to stand and working about 10 hrs in hotel kitchen.. What should I now.. Plz do prescribe medicine.. Thanks in Advance...

Would like to see the ulcer pls share photo of that. Might be static ulcer or pyoderma, well there are plenty of causes of leg ulcers. Need more details.

When an ulcer is not healing for six months then it is not going to heal by suggesting medicines on this forum. It needs proper cleaning and debridement of the wound and proper dressing at least twice a week. In addition he will need the best antibiotics. Please consult with a General Surgeon or a Plastic Surgeon in your area.

Before medicine please try to get a bilateral lower limb Doppler (special utasound  scan) to rule out varicosities or deep vein thrombosis (DVT) which are most common causes of delayed wound healing after diabetes.
Next Steps
kindly consult me for further management and treatment after Doppler.
