I have this query about if crossing legs and it's impact. I'm aware that crossing legs for too long time can lower blood flow in the legs. But would like to know if it will also cause Varicose veins, spiders and back pain??

Yes , Keeping the legs crossed one over the other for longer periods ( more than 5 min)does decrease the blood circulation in the lower half of the legs and can cause pain in the muscles.
There are no long term studies done on this topic that says that this habit can lead to either of the conditions you have mentioned.
