My mother age 59, Tsh is low 0.19, not able to sleep in night. Sugar fasting 120 and sugar pp 198.
Tsh taking medication thyronorm 100mg.
Sugar medication glimstar m1.
What diet chart can suggest in low thyroid??

My wife has Hypothyroid, Doctor suggested to use 50mCG, we have 25mcg bottle in house.
So my wife is taking TWO 25mcg tablets a day.
Is that fine or we have to take ONE tablet of 50mCG ?
