I have mouth ulcers approximately 10-12 in number on tongue. It is extremely painful. What medicine can I take.

Mouth ulcers , most commonly apthous ulcer occur  following hot / spicy food or due to vitamin b deficiency. Kindly answer the following questions 1. Site of ulcer 2. Is this your first time or its frequent 3. Do you smoke/ drink / use alcohol 4. Did u take spicy food 5. Does it occur after any drugs like painkillers/ antibiotics
