Post illness(fever)i have been suffering from weakness, low appetite,lethargy and sleepiness at daytime despite sleeping for 9 hour at night...is it happening bcz of nutritional deficiency?plz suggest me some good multivitamin tablet with zero side effect...

Dear all, I have done a cbc test today as a routine check up and in the report Lymphocyte count is 49 which is slightly higher than the normal range 20 to 40% and the Basophil count is 1% which again slightly higher than the normal range 0 to 0.9%. My MPV and PDW values are also little high 14.5 and 38.3, respectively. So, is there anything to be worried? Please suggest.

My platelet count has always been on the low side — 130,000. I don't have any symptoms. But a recent lab report mentioned platelets are 140000 MPV 16. platelets are counts on smear examination Giants platelets are seen Note - degeneration noted on the smear Is this something to worry about?
