My mother since morning is having pain from nose to back of the head not in temples, when she rotates her head she feels dizzy and like everything is spinning, her BP is also high and now she has been feeling pain in the left side of the chest, could it be gas or what? Please suggest the type of treatment we should do and the type of doctor we should see. TIA

My mother is 56 years old and she has hyperthyroidism from past 6 years, Recently her medications dosage changed and she is feeling dizziness in morning after woke up. Is it due to her medications or any other problem. Please suggest.

I see during night time i fart a lot, ant it stinks as wel. This farting is not resolved until my stools are completely clear, and even after clearing stools, smelly farts will be there until i clear up fatty stool(please check the image, sorry for posting it). So, until I pass this fatty stool, i keep having gas fermented and me passing bad farts. Why is this happening? Do i have some problem? Usg abdomen is normal, cbc normal, lft is also normal. Usg had showed gb polyp 2.9mm in 2021 September, but i had an usg abdomen last month, it was normal, no trace of polyp. Radiologist said it could've been a stone which passed up. Apart from that, i was treated twice for h pylori in jan and February. What can be thw reason? After treat for 4-5 months this farting had reduced. I dont eat junk, eat curd everyday, eat only homemade food and exercise regularly as well. Please help me.

My mother age 46..have headache from years..headache is in right eye brow end area near nose.. And have a feeling of right lip shivering.. One of previous doctor told sinusitis?.. Is this sinusitis? Tried different medicines but not cured How to do? Please

I had got 105.2 temperature 2 days back, I have shown to doctor and am recovering, now my is down yesterday it was again 101 temperature but today it's back to normal. My problem: I am feeling very much lightheadedness, not actually dizziness but just sometimes off balance. I have been drinking water a lot. I am bit worried for this feeling. Hi Doctor, I have joined gym 3 months since I was diagnosed with  grade 2 fatty liver . Last month i went to gym even during my period (also have pcod)ever since then I'm having pain in the lower back near right side radiating all the way down to the leg . On the pain scale of 1- 10 I can says it's 5 bearable .
