Jaundice and typhoid
Pls check my younger brother cbc he is 18 year old since 3 days he treated at home with iv and antibiotics but he didn't able to eat something, continue vomiting high fever with constipation what to do I'm attaching his report pls suggest

Ur brother is having abnormal liver tests so he needs treatment for it

Your brothers report shows he has typhoid and increased bilirubin level and liver enzyme ALT.Jaundice accompanying typhoid is very rare,though there cases.In such instances he should be tested for hepatitis A and B ,A being more possible it's food born viral disease.
Constipation is common in typhoid

His high fever, vomiting with dehydration is an indication for hospital admission and further management ,to prevent complications
